Glossy Mica Sheet

Glossy Mica Plate, series of R-5660-G, is mica laminates designed for providing outstanding electrical insulation at high temp.

R-5660-G series of Glossy Mica Plate are made of Muscovite (or Phlogopite) mica paper and high temperature resistant silicon resin, compared with Rigid Mica Plate, its surface are very smooth. R-5660- G series has acquired UL94V-0 approval with the file No.E231452, TUV approval on environmental safe (the file No. Z05811263 ), SGS-RoHS approval with the file No. SH6148278/CHEM, and has been authorized for use in contact with food products (certificate from the FDA with the file No. RJSSZ060586FDA).

R-5660-G series has two species:

 > R-5660-G1: Muscovite Rigid Mica Plate , Silver color, Heat resistance: 500celsius degree (In constant operation), 750 celsius degree (in intermittent operation) .  > R-5660-G3: Phlogopite Rigid Mica Plate , Golden/Amber color, Heat resistance: 750 celsius degree (In constant operation), 1000 celsius degree(in intermittent operation)

Properties: 

> Excellent resistance to heat up to 1000 celsius degree. R-5660-G series have unique temperature resistance, the maximum working temperature for the Muscovite Mica Plate and Phlogopite Mica Plate are approximately 500 celsius degree and 750 celsius degree respectively, Peak work temperature are 750 celsius degree and 1000 celsius degree respectively.

> Excellent electrical insulation. R-5660-G series have excellent dielectric properties; the maximum dielectric is more than 20KV/mm. > Excellent punch ability. R-5660-G series have good flexural strength and can be cut very precisely using die-stamping. > Environmentally safe. R-5660-G series generate very little smoke even at excessive temperatures.

    > Size: Sheets of 1000 x 600 mm 1000 x 1200 mm                  Strips and punched parts according to drawings for thickness 0,1 to 2, 0 mm .    > Thickness: 0, 1mm , 0.15mm , 0.2mm , 0.25mm , 0.3mm , …… 5.0mm .

Application:

Compare with R-5660-G series mica sheet, this series have some obviously characters: the surface is more smoothing, more leveling, and more beautiful. Widely used for high-class household electric appliance.
